For this recipe you will need the following Ingredients:
18 1/4 Ounces Lemon Cake Mix
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Blueberries
8 Ounces Sour Cream (room temperature)
4 Any Size Egg Whites (whipped)
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Teaspoon Lemon Peel (grated)
Directions:
First, go ahead and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Next, get out a twelve cup bundt cake pan and spray it with some cooking spray and then flour it as well and then set it aside.

Now, get out a mixing bowl and combine the baking powder and cake mix and then set it aside. Then get out another mixing bowl and combine the sour cream, blueberries, egg whites, lemon peel and oil. Lets combine both bowls and mix them together just until everything is moistened well and now lets pour the batter into the 12 cup pan we prepared earlier and then toss it into the oven for forty minutes.

A good idea is to serve these with some powdered sugar or maybe even some whipped cream or both! ;-)

This recipe will make about 10 servings.

For this recipe you will need the following Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pounds Stew Meat (boneless)
1 Large Onion (chopped)
1 To Taste Garlic (minced)
1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 To Taste Salt & Pepper
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Package Egg Noodles (8 ounces)
Directions:
First, lets start out by chopping the boneless stew meat into rather small pieces. and then proceeding to saute them in some hot oil until you have noticed that the meat is no longer pink on the outside.

Next, you will want to add in the pan the garlic and the onions and saute them with the stew meat and then add in the worcestershire sauce & then salt & pepper it to your taste. Then proceed to cover the mixture with water & let it cook until you determine that the meat is juicy and tender which is usually about 60 minutes.

Now, add some more water, uncooked noodles and butter too and then cover the mixture and let it simmer until the noodles are done. Feel free to add more water if it’s needed.

This recipe will make about 2 servings.

For this recipe you will need the following Ingredients:
2 Pounds Beef Round Steak (cubed)
3 Tablespoons Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 To Taste Salt & Pepper
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Large Onion (sliced)
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 Can Mushrooms (drained)
Directions:
First, you’ll need a frying pan to cook the onions in some butter until they are transparent and then go ahead and remove them from the frying pan.

Next, you need to take the same frying pan and brown the meat and then add the onions back into the pan.

Now, you will want to stir in two tablespoons of flour and then add in the ketchup, mushrooms, sour cream and paprika and then proceed to salt and pepper it to your taste and stir well.

Finally, you can proceed to cook the mixture on a low heat until you confirm the meat is juicy and tender and then you can serve it over some cooked noodles or even some rice if you like.

By the way, If you notice that the beef mixture is a bit on the thick side you’ll want to add a bit of milk to it until its your desired consistency.

This recipe will make about 6 servings.

Robert
I’ve been busy dealing with family matters lately. But there’s nothing to be worried about because I’ll be back to posting recipes on a regular basis starting next week. ;-)

For this recipe you will need the following Ingredients:
4 Pounds Pork Loin Roast
6 Medium Apples (core, quarter)
1/4 Cup Apple Juice
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Ginger (ground)
Directions:
First, you will need to take the salt & pepper and rub it all over the roast. Then you can put the roast under the broiler for awhile to get off the excess fat and then you can drain it really well.

Next, you’ll want to take the cored and quartered apples and place them at the bottom of the slow cooker (crockpot). Then you can take the pork loin roast and set it on the top of the apples in the slow cooker.

Now, proceed by combining the brown sugar, apple juice and ginger and mixing it all together really well. Then you will want to take that mixture and spoon it over the top of the surface of the pork loin roast which will moisten it really well.

Finally, you just put the cover of the slow cooker (crockpot) and then cook it on a low heat for ten to twelve hours until it’s all done.

This recipe will make about 8 servings.

Take care,
Robert
